Meet The Doctor

Dr. Saipriya Tewari

MBBS, MD, PDCC (Pain Management), Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), National Fellowship in Palliative Medicine (NFPM)

I am working as a Principal Consultant and Unit Head - Pain and Palliative Care at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi, with more than a decade of experience in helping patients live better with chronic and cancer-related pain.

My medical journey began with training in Anesthesia, followed by a Fellowship in Pain Management (PDCC) at SGPGIMS, Lucknow. To advance my expertise, I became a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) from the World Institute of Pain, USA, joining a global network of specialists dedicated to evidence-based interventional pain care. Inspired by my work with cancer patients, I further pursued a Fellowship in Palliative Medicine (NFPM) from the Institute of Palliative Medicine, Kerala.

I specialize in using a multidisciplinary approach for pain management, combining advanced minimally invasive, non-surgical procedures with holistic care strategies. My focus extends beyond pain relief—I am committed to ensuring compassionate palliative and end-of-life care that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for patients and their families.
